How it works

1. Set the bracket. The stand is a simple aluminium frame — it holds the extractor over your cup so nothing needs holding.
2. Load it. Drop in a capsule, or use the 5.1 cm powder bowl with your own grounds.
3. Pick hot or cold. One touch button switches between hot and cold extraction.
4. Press and pour. The pump pushes the shot straight into the glass, no cord, no countertop machine.
